About this product
A firm roller moulded from expanded polypropylene, the foam used in bike helmets. It does not flatten or dent the way soft rollers do after a few months.
18 in is long enough to cover both calves at once and short enough to fit in a gym bag.
Firm is the point. If you are new to rolling, start with body weight partly on the floor.
Materials
- Moulded expanded polypropylene
