How to order

  1. 01Add gear to your cart from any product page, or email orders@ghostsporting.com with the SKUs and quantities.
  2. 02Checkout shows shipping, sales tax and the total before you pay. If you email instead, we reply within one business day with the same figures in writing.
  3. 03Nothing is charged until you have approved the total.
  4. 04Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. Arizona time on a business day dispatch the same day, with a tracking number sent when the label is first scanned.

Prices and tax

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • Prices on the product pages are the prices we charge. Sales tax is calculated and shown before you pay.
  • Shipping is $7.95 flat, free over $99.00, or $19.95 expedited.
  • No subscription, no membership, no auto-renewal. Every order is a one-time purchase.

Payment

Card details are encrypted in your browser and transmitted over TLS to a PCI DSS Level 1 certified environment. This site’s servers never receive or store a full card number. Card payments support 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.

Returns, in short

  • 30-day returns from delivery. Unused gear is refunded in full, with no restocking fee, and we pay return shipping.
  • Used gear cannot be returned for change of mind, but carries the 1-year warranty against defect. Anything faulty on arrival is replaced or refunded.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no membership and no recurring charge.
  • Your statement will show GHOST.
