About this product
A speed rope for double-unders and conditioning intervals. Each handle spins on a sealed ball bearing, so the cable turns cleanly rather than winding against your wrist.
The 10 ft cable fits athletes up to 6 ft 6 in and is cut to your height at home — stand on the middle, pull the handles to your armpits, trim with the cutter in the box.
Made for rubber gym flooring and wood. Concrete and asphalt wear through the coating in weeks; that wear is not covered by the warranty.
