About this product
A 1 lb rope turns slower than a speed rope and loads the shoulders and forearms on every rotation. It is for conditioning rounds, not for double-unders.
Length is set by moving the knot inside each handle; there is nothing to cut.
Use on rubber, wood or short outdoor grass. The solid PVC rope scuffs on concrete but does not wear through the way a coated cable does.
