About this product
Five short latex loops for glute activation, lateral walks, banded push-ups and warm-ups. The bands run lightest to heaviest from mint through grey to black.
Latex resistance depends on how far the band is stretched, so each band is given as a range rather than one number.
Natural latex. Anyone with a latex allergy should not use these bands.
