About this product
Four 41 in power bands for assisted pull-ups, banded mobility and accessory pressing. Layered construction — thin sheets of latex fused together — so a nick does not run straight through the band.
Loop one over a bar and put a foot or knee in the bottom to take weight off a pull-up. Wider bands take off more.
Not for banding a loaded barbell on a bench or in a rack. They are not rated for it, and that use voids the warranty.
